Haiku Tuesday

wrapped in her cold arms
virgin snow angel whispers
silent lullabies

Ooh, chilling! Yes, ice can be deceptively deadly. Conjures the perfect images, beautifully constructed Chewy.

Shrinky,
Ice! I've slipped and fallen twice in four days. Ouch! My Knee. Ironically, I went in the house and applied an ice pack to the lump.

Jo,
brrrrrrr (giggle)

LilliGirl,
I was outside one evening during the snowfall and it was amazingly quiet. No birds, no children's voices, no traffic. Hushed.

Suki,
(tee-hee) Silent goodbyes. Yes, goodbyes to the snow and ice.

I just don't miss that slipping & sliding on the ice, but you painted a beautiful portrait of your winter in our minds.
(the ground hog's shadow means 6 more weeks of winter, it's supposed to get to 80 today!)

I fell too and sprained my ankle but there is no ice or snow here so it was just my stupidity. Hehehe *Oopsy* How have you been Chewy? I love Haiku! Thanks for sharing it with us!!!

Ms Creek,
Shrinky thought Punxsutawney Phil was a myth.

Babs,
I'd rather slip in the quiet where no one can see me fall.

Vel,
ugh! Thanks (sarcasm) for reminding me of 6 more weeks of this.

Ouch! Angela, falling isn't a stupid thing... it's an accidental thing... well, unless you were doing something stupid. (giggle)

A.Banana,
Go ahead... hmph... rub it in.

Helloooooo Dilly. (waving hands)
