small polished flat disks
flip in surf, drag over sand
pocket-size pebbles

I have a huge ear-to-ear grin on my face, these pebbles could have been plucked from my beach, they look so similar to the ones I throw for Jake.

Did you take some home with you? Your haiku perfectly evokes the sea, sand and breeze.

To begin, I think of a subject then write a list of adjectives.

This photo is of a naturally formed pile I came upon at low tide. - I did take some small flat ones home to put in some sort of glass container.

Suki,
It seems rare to find beach glass anymore. The white quartz stones are very pretty and I try to find other colors too.
