um... (whisper) Do you remember the painting of two nests? (see below) Well... the eggs have hatched into Shark Ducks, critters that fly through water. These two are pregnant as evidenced by the eggs in their bellies.

Relay For Life

We've been busy as bees. I walk in memory of my Mom, "Dee".

The 2009 American Cancer Society, Relay For Life in Somers, CT.

Our on-site fund raiser was gift basket raffles.

I have a bee on my bonnet, but only long enough for this pic to be taken. (feeling like a dork) - It was a successful weekend. Our team raised over $8,000 and all together the teams raised over $71,000 for the fight against cancer.

I had short time for art this weekend... I worked a bit on a painting this morning... but a new novel I started reading kept calling out "read me!"
