Is this Chump a Weebull? He looks like he'll wobble but not fall down!

"Oh he is really cute!

I bet you had fun creating this Chump Bump here.

He doesn't need to join Alcoholic's Anonymous, he never falls down, just wobbles around, singing off-key, and handing plucked flowers (from the park) out to the pretty ladies who walk by..

I had drawn a Mummy Monkey a while back... like wrapped in swaddling... which gave me the idea to do these without legs. I had also painted a Tom Cat with knocked out tooth and eye... which inspired Chump Bumps. They sorta are like Weebles.

He's adorable.
I enlarged to see, but couldn't tell: You said "pre-printed paper",,,is this paper you've printed yourself? I notice it's different on all of the backgrounds.
Sorry,,,I am just SO curious. (okay, nosey)
It looks great in any case!

Oopsie, my mistake. I copied and pasted the text from a previous post. Not Pre-printed paper. It's acrylic paint, ink and color pencil on watercolor paper.
